Description:
We are looking for an honest, hardworking, employee for our mountain ranch location. We are located 56 miles outside of Cody, WY. This is a support position. This is a seasonal position that could work into year-round for the right candidate. This is NOT a cowboy position, although there may be some cattle work involved. No work on horseback. Must be able to work May 1- November 15.

Job Responsibilities:

Spring, summer and fall duties include but are not limited to:

-daily operation of pivots, wheel lines, hand lines, and gated pipe

-monitoring head gates, ponds, and pumps

-address and fix any issues with irrigation

-maintain, repair, replace perimeter 3-rail fence around the property

-maintain and move electric cross fences

-check and maintain cattle water troughs

-help move and monitor the cattle on the irrigated pasture (no horse work)

-assist with cattle receiving and shipping as needed

-general building and equipment maintenance

-assist with other ranch projects
