Good Day. 3 Spear Ranch is seeking Wranglers for the 2025 summer season.



Wranglers:



Be able to read a horse.

Be able to catch a horse.

Be able to implement and inspire good behavior in young horses

Be able to saddle a horse in under ten minutes and not miss steps. IE brush and clean, balance the pad and blanket, situate saddle, balance breast collar, girth, and back cinch.

Easefully bridle a horse

Instruct clients in our equine horse safety tutorial

Safely get clients mounted

Safely lead clients on an instructive and lively ride

Lift 50lbs hay bales

Amicable Disposition

Potential hiking/safari guide auto 20% grat on all activities
