Description:
Between two ranches in Northeast Montana, run as one, we have a herd of 800-900 pairs, a feedlot, extensive haying of dryland and irrigated grasses and seeded crops, including corn. This position is for a person who is tired of going from job to job. Someone looking to settle into a beautiful and somewhat remote area. This person should be able to self-manage daily activities, yet be able to work well with a team, as we will be going back and forth between the two locations as needed to farm, hay, fence, work or move livestock as needed. We provide housing and utilities, a company vehicle, freezer beef, and the possibility to run a few head of your own cattle, plus a competitive wage, depending on experience. We farm, we ride, we rope, we brand, and we love this land we live on.
