Roscoe is a 2017 big beautiful bay roan draft cross gelding. He stands about 16 hands. He has been used on the ranch, on the trail and in the mountains. Roscoe is as kind and safe as a horse can be. He has never met a person he did not love. He has been used to babysit all ages of kiddos and inexperienced riders. He has also been used by advanced riders who need to get a job done. He is as versatile as they come. He will take care of anyone who is on his back and do everything he is asked. He crosses water, bridges, logs and bogs. He is good to shoe and be around. Loads and trailers well. He lopes off and picks up the correct lead making him a smooth ride. He neck reins around one handed, has a nice handle and is soft throughout the body. This boy is broke, broke, broke and handy as heck! He has been exposed to tarps, 4 wheelers, cars, farm equipment and much more. He is steady, calm and gentle. He has been used on the ranch to rope and doctor cows in the open. He has been used in the arena and has roped out of the box a few times. He takes everything in stride. He is truly one of those hard to find-anyone can ride type horses.
