Single male Iso employment on small ranch, recreational property, vacation and absentee property owners, or fishing lodge.

I have spent 26 yrs working on high end ranches in mountain states as maintenance, grounds keeper, handyman and much more, that can be discussed with interested employers.

I am currently working on a 36,000 acre ranch in Montana but would prefer a smaller outfit that needs someone to keep buildings, grounds and equipment neat, clean and organized.

I have experience in operating most equipment and have experience in carpentry, electric, plumbing, light mechanical, winterization, remodeling and fencing among others.

* I have a good eye for detail and work on projects as if my own.

*I have been trusted with company cards for shopping for supplies and ordering material for projects.

*Have delt with vendors and cleaning personal over the years.

*I am neat, clean, organized, dependable and capable of working alone unless help is needed.

*I like all animals and have pet sat for owners over the years.

I would prefer mountain states (except California)and would come with small dog and 2yr old lab.
