Description:
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Ranch Hand at our cattle and hay operation in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge. If you’re passionate about working outdoors and have experience with livestock and crop care, we want to hear from you!

We do not use horses in our ranch.



Job Duties:



Care for and manage cattle, using 4wheelers, including feeding, herding, and health monitoring.

Assist with the daily operations of a hay farming operation (planting, cutting, bailing).

Maintain ranch equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.

Help with general ranch tasks, such as fencing, cleaning barns, and maintaining infrastructure.

Assist with seasonal tasks and heavy lifting as needed.



Requirements:



Previous experience working on a ranch or farm preferred, but willing to train the right person.

Comfortable working with cattle and hay crops.

Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to operate ranch equipment (tractors, trucks, etc.).

Physical stamina and ability to handle outdoor work in various weather conditions.

A positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Reliable transportation to and from the ranch.

NO alcohol or drug use.

NO smoking.

Must have a clean criminal background.

References required.
