If safe solid and cow bred is on your check list then Katniss is for you! Sired by Cat and Dulce and out of a PG Dry Fire mare you couldn’t ask for more natural ability and cow sense. Katniss is just 7 years old with a whole lot of life to give. Standing at 14.2h makes her the perfect size for the whole family. We have ridden her in and out of the arena and all over our ranch. She is easily guided down the trail with one hand. She crosses water, downfall, goes up and down steep hills and rides by the highway with cars and semis going by at 75mph. She isn’t spooky or silly. We have even flew the kite off of her on a windy day. She has been ridden by all levels of riders from professionals to youth and even kids. She is gentle and stays gentle with no buck or bad habits. In the arena, she will ride with one or two hands. Can be easily guided around loping circles with one hand. She has the athletic ability to go sort or pen if thats the avenue you choose. She could go to the roping pen and breakaway or heel. We swung ropes on her and started tracking and roping the machine. Daisy is smart and eager to learn with a ton of natural talent.
