I am a responsible, reliable self starter who is honest with integrity and a standard of morals as well as professionalism, yet very down to earth. I can bring a wealth of knowledge and respect and am always willing to learn new things as I believe we can never learn or know it all! I have worked my way with The philosophy that at times you may wear many different hats having been in the role as a Manager or Foreman as well as Lead Man/Cowboy you understand each role respectfully and that each role plays a large part on any Ranch. Have a successful background with Equine in RWCH, Cutting and Ranch Versatility and making the All around Ranch Horse. Can run a large or small Cattle outfit efficiently and/or as well Sheep operations. Can Manage a string/remuda of horses professionally which would or could Include the buying and sales of all livestock and or equine if need be. Have a vast knowledge and experience with the (RWCH) Reined Working Cow Horse as well as the Cutting horse industry and understand fluently bloodlines and sales of all livestock. Have been an AQHA Judge in the Ranch Horse competitions. Can Manage day to day operations which may include running a small or large crew or can work singular, am experienced with the hiring and onboarding process and understand the application portions as well as H2A workers.(if needed) Have all around experience in the industry with large and small outfits, this would include managing 2000+ head of sheep, 2000+ Cattle and equine, managing Broodmares, training of colts and horses. My scope of knowledge is vast which entails nutrition, Handling, administering of vet drugs and doctoring along with ordering Ranch and Vet supplies, can manage a budget and keep books as well as public relations and marketing and all that applies. "Can increase Ranches productivity if need be" Familiar and knowledgeable with most farming and hay quality hay productions on a large scale, can operate most of all equipment as well. Can Manage your Ranch and advise you on alternative ways or ways to be more profitable and time saving or sustain what the Ranch has in place. *Proven record with results!
