Does anyone remember the ole "using horse" term? It is meant as a compliment to a trusty horse that probably won’t win any blue ribbons and isn’t great at any one thing but is good at everything and will get the job done with a heart of gold and a never-quit attitude



Meet Jigsaw. He has been the go-to horse for the whole family, everything from overnight trail riding in the mountains, to pushing cattle from one pasture to another. When not being ridden, he keeps the mares company and the other geldings in their place. An absolutely easy keeper from the stall to the pasture or highline tie out. He doesn’t care if you ride him every day or take a month or more off. He is the same easy-going horse. His ground manners are as good as everything else. He always appreciates a good scratching and will let you catch him in the pasture as easy as if he is in the stall.



He is UTD on all his vet needs. He is currently shod but normally goes barefoot. Can deliver within

300 miles or arrange delivery anywhere.
