Description:
Lerwick Bros. Cattle in Albin Wyoming is looking for an individual to join our cow crew. We run mainly a cow/calf operation with some yearlings.



Job duties include:



· Assist with calving (small group to calve starting February. Main herd is may june)



· Help rotate, doctor and general care of cattle



· Fix and build fence (barb wire and high tensil with winter grazing on single strand hot wire)



· Maintain equipment i.e. pick ups trailers skid steer



· Other general ranch duties as need arises.



Cattle work is done horse back with the exception of calving the early breds. Which we check with a side by side. Some use of equipment for building fence and water projects. We are seeking an individual that is a self starter and can work alone or in a group. Experience on a horse and the ability to rope is a plus. We are willing to teach and help someone grow. Must have your own gear. Housing may be available.
