Hello, My name is Kayla, and I am currently looking for a ranch hand/ cowboy type position.

I have roughly 8 years of cow/calf experience. 11 years of training horses.



I prefer low stress handling with cattle. I can read Cattle, have cow sense, calve out heifers, recognize sicks, doctor, rope,comfortable being sent out on a big circle , sort/process cattle, start colts, fix fence, build fence/ H braces put out salt/mineral, drive a loader, skid steer, operate feeding equipment (hay buster, hydrobed, caker)/haying equipment(cab over swather, rake, John Deere round baler), irrigate (gated pipe/flood), and simple mechanical work on tractors/pickups/side by sides (Oil/fluid changes, replace belts, tires etc.)

Comfortable with backing a trailer, and can drive a manual transmission.



As a single woman in the industry I show up to work everyday with a ’can do’ attitude to prove my worth in this industry. I have a 2 year degree in cattle management/animal science(NTCA)



No drama, non-smoker, polite, and respectful, responsible, dependable, loyal to the outfit I work for. Comfortable working in all weather conditions from blizzards to heat. Was cowboying in Wyoming this past year so I am used to rough terrain.



I have 4 horses, and 2 well mannered border collies.



Currently in Wickenburg AZ, but willing to relocate to AZ,NM,UT,CA,CO,NV,MT,ID,OR, or WY
