Description:
This stunning mare has been in our program since January of this year and has exceeded all of our expectations. She is gentle to her core and has never offered to buck, not even when she was started or when fresh. She’s been used in every aspect of ranch work and is as solid and as enjoyable to use as they come. Not only is she gentle and savvy, she is broke and will really ride around correct, low-headed and soft. We really appreciate her mindset. Though she is just a 3 year old she has the mindset and demeanor of a 10 year old seasoned horse. She’s the same every time you catch her no matter the weather or time of day. She’s had many head of cattle roped on her outside, been started on live cattle in the roping pen, sorted and worked the back of the sale barn, been used to halter break colts, been ranch rodeoed on and our kids ages 6, 11 and 16 have all ridden and used her as well. In the 10 months we have been riding and using her outside she has seen a lot of the world and been expose to a pile of real life scenarios. You will find her to be a very solid and honest citizen that is always an absolute pleasure. She is accustomed to working with dogs, good around equipment, doesn’t bat an eye at chaos and the loudspeakers and banners in a rodeo setting are nothing to her. She’s the kind that will last you a lifetime and fit everyone in the family. Her color offers a unique breeding characteristic if you wish to breed her. She carries the silver bay gene and is sired by Silver Prime of Fleetwood Farms, one of the only two known homozygous silver bay stallions in the world. She is a beautiful chocolate color with a silver mane. She is a special one and we will really miss her when she goes. She is the kind that has been nothing, but enjoyable and easy in every way. No bad habits or quirks at all. She is incredibly well mannered and doesn’t have an ounce of “marish” behavior in her. She is completely sound and a very easy keeper.
