15.5" Ben Tarrell - Association ranch/rope saddle

This saddle features a 15.5" hard seat, 6 1/4" gullet, SQH bars, rawhide wrapped association wood tree, 4" cantle, post horn with leather dally wrap, rope strap, 7/8 drop rigging, breast collar dee rings, twisted stirrups, new back billets and back cinch, new off billet, new latigo, and new front cinch.

What a saddle! This saddle would be best for a narrower horse, or a horse with withers. Mr. Tarrell is a saddle building legend in my books, and unfortunately passed away. The saddle bags were not originally with the saddle but matched with the arrowhead pattern; so, I put them on. Once you sit in this saddle, you’ll never want to ride another.
