This is a full-time position, located in Fort Rock, Oregon. This position entails general diesel and farm mechanic work, based out of our up-to-date shop. We’re looking for a mechanic with 3+ years recent experience in cattle/alfalfa ranch operations, who is well-prepared for: Repairs on State of the Art Hay and Farm Equipment, Tractors, Automotives, Heavy Duty Trucks and Trailers, Hydraulic Systems, Electrical Systems Welding and Fabrication Farm/Hay Equipment Operation The person who fills this position will have: Strong Communication Skills Own Set of Tools Valid Drivers License Our preferred candidate will demonstrate: Associates Degree in Diesel Technology, or Equivalent Alfalfa/Cattle Ranch Mechanic Experience CDL Preferred (Not Required) Our ranch is offering a competitive salary DOE and skills, as well as housing and other great benefits.
