High elevation forest service allotment permit for sale. Located outside of Dolores Co on Taylor Mesa. Total AUM 1712, 428 head for four months June 10 - October 10. Approximately 38-39,000 acres. With previous years of drought, it has never run out of water or feed. This is an understocked permit. There is potential for PRF rainfall insurance. It has paid for the last five years.
