This is a unique opportunity to live and work in a beautiful, peaceful environment while taking responsibility for various aspects of ranch management. The ideal candidates will be passionate about maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming space for family and guests. A hands-on approach is essential, with duties ranging from housekeeping and gardening to event preparations and light maintenance. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Housekeeping:** Maintain cleanliness and order in the main house, guest houses, and common areas. Ensure all spaces are ready for family visits, guest stays, and events. - **Gardening:** Care for and maintain our family gardens, including planting, watering, weeding, and harvesting as needed. - **Guest and Event Readiness:** Prepare homes and buildings for family visits, guests, and events. This includes ensuring all spaces are comfortable, stocked, and aesthetically pleasing. - **Maintenance:** Perform basic maintenance tasks around the ranch, including light repairs, landscaping, and upkeep of structures. Be proactive in identifying and addressing areas needing attention. - **Animal Care:** Assist with care for hobby animals as needed—feeding, watering, and general animal well-being. - **General Ranch Assistance:** Pitch in wherever needed around the property, helping with day-to-day operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly. **Ideal Candidates:** - A couple with strong communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset. - Prior experience in housekeeping, gardening, and general property management is preferred. - Must be self-sufficient, organized, and proactive, able to anticipate needs and stay ahead of tasks. - Comfortable with physical work and tasks such as maintenance, landscaping, and caring for animals. - Enjoys a rural lifestyle and is passionate about working in a family-oriented environment. - Able to handle occasional guest interactions and ensure their experience is positive and comfortable. **Living Arrangements:** - Comfortable, private accommodation on the ranch. - Opportunity to be part of a close-knit, family-oriented team.
