My name is Grant Coffey I am 30 years old, single and currently employed as a project manager for custom residential home builder. Being a project manager for the past three years has drastically improved my communication and organization skill set. Responsibilities include managing cost, planning, documentation, and procurement. As well as providing detailed reporting to all stakeholders. Previous work experience - I spent six years in the United States Air Force as an Aircraft Mechanic. In this position I was responsible for maintaining a fleet of roughly 25 - 35 F-16 fighter jets. Size of the fleet depended on where I was stationed. This job had me spending the majority of my time outside working with my hands troubleshooting various issues. Operating heavy equipment and using a wide variety of tools to complete tasks. Additionally, supervising a team of junior enlisted technicians. I am interested in a property manager/maintenance position. I would like to be outside most of the time maintaining equipment(tractors/ATVs/SxS/vehicles/boats) Fences, trails, buildings, and whatever else needs fixing or maintaining. I have tools that I will bring with me. I can also weld and will bring my welder with me to repair/fabricate steel and aluminum. I am very eager to learn and can be easily trained. I don’t have any experience with horses, but excited to learn if training is available. I have a black lab named Tugg, he is four years old and is a very well behaved dog. Rarely barks. He spent 6 months in obedience/retriever school. He would be traveling with me. A must for me is that Tugg is able to work along side me and live in the same quarters. I know he won’t be able to for every job but for most of them that would be great. I would prefer to live on the property if available. Please leave a voicemail or text if I do not answer my phone.
