HE IS A SOLID RANCH HORSE THAT ALSO RIDES WELL IN THE ARENA WHERE HE PICKS UP HIS LEADS. HE LOPES AROUND SOFT AND EASY, STOPS WELL, AND MOVES WELL OFF OF LEG PRESSURE. STARLIGHT HAS BEEN TRAIL RODE MANY MILES IN THE MOUNTAINS.

HE IS SURE FOOTED AND WILLING TO GO ANYWHERE YOU ASK. HE HAS SEEN MANY MILES ON THE RANCH AND DONE ALL ASPECTS OF RANCH WORK; BRANDING, SORTING TAGGING, CALVES, GATHERING AND MOVING CATTLE. HE HAS BEEN RODE THROUGH CREEKS. HE IS EASY TO CATCH AND VERY FRIENDLY. HE IS GOOD IN A BOX STALL OR TURNED OUT IN A PASTURE. HE STANDS WELL FOR THE FERRIER. HE WILL SIDE PASS UP TO A MOUNTING BLOCK.
