I am searching for a ranch internship opportunity anywhere in the US for this Spring and/or Summer. I come with limited experience but a good work ethic. I’d like to develop my knowledge and skills in horsemanship with the opportunity to have some miles in the saddle. I have little to no experience with stock and would prefer to change that. I am not particular about the kind of work but I would prefer to make relations with and learn from people that prioritize quality horsemanship/stockmanship.



A little about me



I’m currently helping remodeling and fixing up old farm houses for work.

I live in a horse trailer and work on a private 45 acre farm in Missouri caring for horses, including feeding, putting out hay, cutting grass, fixing fence, loping, starting colts, trimming, etc.

I am learning to barefoot trim through David Landreville & Pete Ramey.

I study horsemanship through the Dorrance’s, Ray Hunt, Joe Wolter, and Nick Dowers. My horse’s dignity is important to me. I want to be a supportive partner for my horse, not a boss.

I find my peace in a traditional lifestyle. I want to take a step away from the modern world and find a deeper meaning in my life. Horse’s have been my bridge and I’m looking to cross it now.
