Looking for a long-term job as a ranch hand or for a couple. Does NOT need to be a couples position as my wife can find work else where if need be.



For the last 10+ years I have been in almost all aspects of the cattle Industry. I am self-sufficient in many things which include but are not limited to:

-All aspects of calving (pulling, dealing with first time heifers, etc)

-Doctoring (via horseback or any other means)

-Putting out mineral/supplements, hay in winter, and feed

-Sorting and branding (via horseback or other means)

-Feedlot work (feeding, doctoring, and preforming necropsy’s)

-Sheep work (tail docking, rounding up, and VX)

-Have done haying/farming (pivot irrigation and some flood irrigation)work as well

-Have also done horse work as well.

I have a degree in welding and fabrication, can work with and on many different types of equipment, and have spent many winters in Wyoming/Nebraska working so I am no stranger to the cold and working outside in it.

My wife is a registered veterinary technician (RVT) and has good cattle/animals sense as well. She can vaccinate, help with doctoring, help with calving and feeding, and can help with many other aspects on a ranch if her help is needed.

We have 4 personal well mannered dogs (one is a young working pup) that would need to come with as well as two personal horses.

Housing is a requirement if moving away from the area we are currently living in.

Willing to relocate to many different places, preference to WY, MT, ID, NV, UT, AZ, and the TX panhandle depending on area.
