“Albert” is that unicorn everyone has been looking for. The kind that you can’t wipe the smile off your face while riding. Young or old, beginner or professional… this gelding is ready to take you to the next level in the show pen or be the absolute coolest and sweetest horse you’ll ever own. We cannot say enough good things about how easy this horse is to ride or how impeccable his demeanor is. He’s in your pocket 24/7, all levels friendly in the saddle to just go ride, and extremely easy to love.

Albert is a finished reiner and ranch rider that can easily be maintained at home by an amateur or youth rider. He knows all maneuvers (spins, sliding stop, flying changes, etc.) and can be adjusted in the maneuvers to match the riders skill set. You don’t have to be a pro to look like one on this guy! Albert has been shown successfully in the L3 Open Ranch Riding with AQHA where he has won points and could easily clean house in all VRH classes or go back into the reining pen as well. This is the kind of horse that takes very little prep to stepping into the ring. You can ride him consistently or pull him up 30 days fresh and he’ll do the deal with zero funny business.

Not only is he a blast to show, but you can hop on him bareback with nothing but a halter and he’ll ride just as fancy if you ask him to. Albert is not the spooky type either. He’s cool, calm, and collected when taken to new places and has never once offered to be “hot” or on the muscle anywhere he’s been no matter what’s going on. If you’re not the show ring type, Albert is just as enjoyable to hit the trails with. If you have little ones that just want to love and brush on a horse, you can leave them with Albert in confidence as he has gone above and beyond when it comes to being gentle for our 3yr old son. Their toys, loudness, and overall chaotic behavior that comes with being kids doesn’t bother him a bit.

Albert is a dream to be around on the ground for absolutely everything. He stands for saddling, bridling, mounting, bathing, fly spraying, and has zero vices of any kind. He loads and unloads into trailers like the gentleman he is and hauls quietly. This is truly the horse that could teach a beginner to ride and then go be successful in the show pen with him right off the bat. Like most successful, finished show horses Albert does require injections. He is UTD on everything from shots to worming and ready to make someone’s dreams come true.
