Description:
Western CO hunting ranch seeking a seasonal, September- December camp cook. Modern lodge with electricity and gas appliances and all the modern conveniences. Accommodations include a private room in the lodge with a shared bathroom. Must be a self-starter motivated organized individual with good people skills and work well with others. Duties include preparing three meals a day for guests, meal service and clean up preparing menus shopping list organizing pantry and keeping the kitchen clean. Experience with hunting lodge type situation is preferred but not necessary. Lodge is modern and comfortable this is not a tent camp but you are two hours from town so organization and ability to improvise is required. You can expect early mornings and late nights. Would be willing to consider a team of up to two individuals if it’s the right situation. Salary starts at $200 a day and is negotiable based on experience.

There is a camp host who helps with meal service cleaning and sous chef duties.
