Nestled between the Crazy and Bridger Mountains in the picturesque Shields Valley, 4 Diamond Ranch is a forward-looking and growth-oriented grass-fed cattle operation. The mission of the 4 Diamond Ranch is to produce the highest quality grass finished beef in a sustainable manner using innovative grazing and cattle management techniques while employing the best of traditional western ranching practices. Focused on a culture that promotes a tight knit community and accountability, 4 Diamond seeks candidates who are self-starters with strong work ethics and willing to try new ways of doing things while respecting tradition.



The primary role of the Ranch Hand is to support the Grazing Specialist, Production Cattle Specialist, and Maintenance Specialist in achievement of the 4 Diamond mission. This support falls into these principal areas: cattle infrastructure, cattle care, and irrigation. Daily, Ranch Hand will assist in fence maintenance/construction, movement/feeding of cattle, and irrigation water control. Ranch Hand will need to work independently on assigned projects and duties as well as work collaboratively with other team members. This position will be expected to input data relevant to all assigned duties into ranch record keeping systems and communicate relevant information to other team members, management, and owners.
