Hello, my name is Kalen Moore and I currently live in Wibaux, MT. I am 28 years old and married with no children. I am looking for a full time/long-term ranch job or foreman position in Montana, Wyoming or Idaho.



I am a self-starter who has a passion for progressive ranching and livestock welfare. I prefer traditional horsemanship and low stress cattle handling. I am motivated, honest, trustworthy, independent, and have a solid work ethic. I work well with a crew, but often excel on my own.



The following is a list of my cattle experience: all aspects of cattle health, barn and range calving, night calving, feeding hay and silage, backgrounding calves on grass/hay/silage, fence line weaning, heat detecting, A.I. and timed breeding, rotational and intensive grazing, and written record keeping. I also have experience cutting, raking, and baling hay; and irrigating with hand lines, wheel lines, gated pipe, and flood irrigation. I have basic mechanic and maintenance skills and I am a seasoned welder/fabricator.



My wife and I are passionate about ranching and the western way of life and are excited to hear from you!
