Description:
Central Texas cattle company seeking foreman. Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of full time cattle experience minimum, preferably more. Must be able to rope, pen, sort cattle horseback and do it well. Please take note, this isn’t a job where you can “fake it till you make it.” It’ll show the first day. At the same time, we’re not horse back all day by any means. Not a feed yard. We’re looking for a cattleman and a cowboy. This is a position that requires some thinking and planning ahead along with people skills. There will also be opportunities for cattle purchasing with training.



Position will include:

Salary and a home

Care for two horses and possibility for more



Duties include:

Management of other cowboys

Herd health goals

Shipments and movements of cattle

Insuring tasks for the day are completed

Management off property and different locations, vehicles and equipment

Basic ranch duties
