Description:
Ranch hand position in Southeastern Montana. We are a family run cow/calf operation running around 1000 head of mother cows. We are looking for an all around ranch hand, duties will include, fencing, calving, feeding, cow work, haying and other tasks required for day to day work on the ranch. We use both atvs and horses to move cattle. Housing is provided. Housing is a new smaller 3 bed/2 bath build. Pasture for personal working horses is provided. We DO NOT use dogs on our cattle, pets are negotiable. The ranch is remote and a four wheel drive vehicle will be required to get in and out. We are an hour from the closest town and two hours from the closest Walmart. Couples/families are welcome to apply.
