Description:
Central New Mexico Ranch looking for ranch seasonal help May through September of 2024. Job will include May Branding, riding pastures, fixing fences. Moving cattle has needed. Putting out 200 # tubs out plus minerals, caking cattle, watching cattle for sickness. Operating bobcat, helping neighbors as needed. Must speak English, be able to pass background check. Have own vehicle, tack and mount. Housing, utilities included (house is small one bedroom newly remodeled) hay furnished for up-to two horses. Ranch pickup and horse trailer furnished for ranch work. Owners have separate headquarters. Job does not start till May. Must be willing to work for my strong willed female partner. Not looking for drama or problems. Must be able to leave dog at house and not in our pickup. Livestock guardian dogs at headquarters will not tolerate other dogs. Must be able to change a tire. Faint of heart need not apply. And we use a calf table! Should work for college student, retiree, or someone wanting a change. Closest Walmart 80 miles. Elevation 6600 ft.
