Cow calf operation in North Texas seeking ranch couple. Job includes small home suited for a couple with no kids. We are a diverse operation, with a variety of activities going on throughout the year.



The Ranch Hand’s duties include checking and maintaining water on the ranch, running the equipment to put out hay, and improve ranch infrastructure ,and cattle work. Other duties include facility upkeep, vehicle maintenance and repair. Need someone that has some experience calving. We use horses for all cattle work. The job can vary from day to day, and the above is just a summary of what is expected at the ranch.



The lodge assistants’ duties will include some cooking and cleaning for guests and Lodge maintenance during the offseason. Some helping with child care work is available and can help with cattle work if wanted.



We are looking for a couple that is detail oriented, clean, and can follow directions with a can do attitude.



Candidates must be able to speak English, and pass a background check. Must have a current driver’s license and clean driving record



two broke horses are allowed per employee.
