Description:
Registered Angus ranch in southeast Montana is looking for a long-term ranch-oriented couple. Duties include all cattle ranch activity. Calving which begins March 1. During calving we have to work a 7-day week. Fence repairs, operating and repairing haying equipment, feeding cattle when they need it. We handle cattle on horseback. Please bring your own horse. No excess drinking, drug use or smoking wanted. Ranch is on state Highway #7, ten miles from a small town with a school giving education from kindergarten through high school. The school bus goes by the ranch. The town provides a bank, grocery store, restaurants, hospital, courthouse, repair shop, library and churches.

The ranch has a good house available furnished with a washer and dryer, etc. Beef is provided. Electricity and propane heat is paid for. There could be a chance to run a few cows of your own after a trial period.
