Description:
Ranch Manager needed for a well-known cow/calf and cutting horse operation located one hour west of Fort Worth. Integrity, experience, professionalism, and communication are essential to manage day-to-day operations on this ranch. Non-smoking personnel with neat appearance a must to represent ranch.



Duties to include:

• Manage cow herd, including tagging, rotation, culling, and marketing.

• Manage grounds including mowing, haying, fence repair, minor plumbing and electrical, and RO water system.

• Manage horses including foaling, halter breaking, shots, barn upkeep, cleaning stalls, hauling, and riding and exercising.

• Maintain horse records including schedules for feeding, worming, and trimming.

• Manage employees and vendors.

• Maintain cow records and feed reports.

• Stock property structures with supplies, change filters, and inspect regularly.

• Oversee any special events required by owner, including scheduling and management of event vendors.

• Provide approved invoices for payment and maintain weekly and monthly reports.



Must undergo background and credit check prior to hire. Additionally, oversee and manage one full-time ranch hand. Housing provided and salary commensurate with experience. Minimum 5-10 years experience required. Start date after January 1, 2024.
