Fiesta Meats LLC Meat Cutter Job position requires applicants to know or learn how to cut meat capably and efficiently at a processing plant located in Elephant Butte, New Mexico. Skills required include knowing or learning the following: Applicants must have capable hand-eye coordination; spatial awareness; quickness on his/her feet; be able to lift 60 lbs.; lift overhead; grab; push; pull; stand for long periods of time; willingness to be exposed to blood, loud noises, and cold meat; ability to work in cool, humid environments; and have manual dexterity. Attention to detail, being task-oriented, self-motivated, a strong communicator and listener, a team-player are all skills needed to succeed in this working environment. Cross-training will be provided for other areas of the facility. Experience preferred but not required.
