Description:
Winchester is a horse that is always gentle, stays good with time off and will fit a wide variety of riders and disciplines. We have used him on the ranch, in the mountains, and extensively in the arena. Winchester will come across the pasture to be caught, is easy to bathe, shoe, trailer etc. He rides smooth and easy with flying lead changes, clean spins and a nice stop. Winchester will ride to the level you ask so he can be enjoyed by most anyone. As a head horse he stays quiet in the box, scores well and leaves flat off your hand. He has a ton of rate but can easily be competitive in the higher numbered ropings as well. He has a great move in the handle but isn’t quick or ahead of his rider and faces snappy. Heeling he scores great, is easy to put into your position and has a good smooth stop. We have dallied as well as tied onto him so he’s ready to go win you money this winter. Winchester has good big feet and legs, requires no maintenance and is pretty to top it all off. He’s a horse that can be enjoyed by the whole family and last a lifetime.
