Meet our 8 yr old pal, Waffles!

This is the 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗱𝘆 𝗲𝗱𝗱𝘆 of the barn!

We’ve done everything on this big gentle dude! He’s been used extensively in the feed yard and rode even more extensively outside through the canyons. He is incredibly safe and steady. There’s no rattling Waffles, he’s been everywhere and seen all the sites.

That’s not all! Waffles is also a finished head horse. He’s been hauled and won on all over Texas. He’s quiet in the box and has a smooth snappy face. He tracks cattle extremely well and has had lots of them roped on him in the wheat fields as well.

Waffles has also been handy to give lessons on! He’s taught children and young adults of all levels! Waffles is incredibly smooth and user-friendly he is! Anyone can get along with this horse, no knowledge needed. We have put countless different riders on him and he adapts to every single one! His walk trot and lope are smooth as butter and he has perfect ranch horse manners! He’s so solid and reliable even our kids love to grab him and swing up to go for a joy ride, through the pastures or town.

Waffles is that golden hearted horse that only wants to please and never ever gets fresh. No matter if you ride him everyday or once a month.

Waffles personality is one that will win you over at the start, he’s sweet respectful, and inquisitive. He truly enjoys people.

Waffles has been around tarps, traffic, machinery, dogs, semis, fireworks, all ages of children, and every bit of chaos we can throw at him! He takes it all like a gentleman with no spook or qualms about anything.
