Swade has a strong resume, a mile long! He’s a seasoned ranch horse and has also been used as a lesson horse ,pony horse, and we have rode him in the feed yard endless morning shipping cattle. You name it he’s done it! Swade goes anywhere you point him, crosses water, logs, busy road ways and any other obstacles with confidence and ease. He’s been trail rode all through the Palo Duro Canyon, along with the Canadian river ! This one of a kind individual can take any amount of time off and still be gentle enough for the most novice riders. Swade is as broke as they come with the most perfect ground manners. He travels smooth, has the most honest old fashion buttons there is, making him extremely user friendly! Swade is a big stopper and has very fun spins. They just don’t make them like this anymore! Swade would be a great fit for a family that wanted a weekend trail horse, but is also broke enough to easily accomplish and tasks on the ranch. He’s highly functional and still the definition of safety! Swade also has a sweet personality, he’s easy enough for the smallest of littlest to handle. His southern style walk and perfect neck rein make him our favorite. He’s athletic, good minded, and a reliable ride. Swade is always eager to please, and is the first one at the gate to be caught in the mornings. He’s THE to go to for the green riders, and just all around the barn favorite! It doesn’t matter if you are 6 to 60 you will be able to appreciate this rare find! Swade’s kind are next to impossible to find. This wonderful individual has not only been a top notch ranch horse and family horse but he’s also so so fancy and classy enough to go to the show pen in the ranch riding or trail classes.
