Description:
Located 40 minutes outside of both Santa Fe and an hour outside of Albuquerque, this several thousand-acre ranches has new ownership and will undergo significant updates and growth. We are looking for an experienced team start immediately to run a high-end residential ranch. The property consists of a large main house, multiple guest houses, staff housing, barns, and equipment garages. The team will consist of Property Managers, Maintenance Manager, Ranch Hands, Hospitality, Housekeepers, and outside vendors.



The ideal couple will embrace the remote, high desert nature of the property, have experience with and understand sophisticated mechanical systems and possess excellent project and land, property and team management skills. The ability to deliver concierge style service and embrace a wide variety of responsibilities is a must.



The work schedule is typically a Monday through Friday schedule, business hours, with flexibility required for additional hours when the principals are in residence and when weekend emergencies arise, and security. The principals and their guests plan to visit this secondary property approximately 15 weeks a year, including some holidays.
