Large prestigious deer conservation operation in far West Texas seeks honest hardworking couple who enjoys wildlife and ranch living.



Housing, Salary, benefits, 501k for the right fit. Experience a plus but willing to teach those willing to learn.



Ranch Hand responsibilities: year-round feeding and bird blocking, game cameras, skinning and processing animals, fixing leaks, waters, ranch projects, occasional cattle work.



Heavy lifting, changing tires, and work vehicle maintenance.



Mechanic work, welding, heavy machinery operating a plus, but not necessary.



House Keeping responsibilities: Cleaning, flipping rooms when guests leave, assisting chef, some yard work, small projects.



For housekeeping, On season: November-January needed almost daily. Off season: >40hrs
