Description:
Hi, my name is Matt Long. My girlfriend, Raegan, and I are looking for a ranch job starting this fall/winter. We’re mainly looking to head to the south western states.

We both have 2 + years of experience on cow/calf and yearling outfits, Riding, roping, calving, doctoring, feeding. Both have experience gathering in forest and desert country. We have 5 personal horses and 2 working dogs.

Matt has 2 years of experience working on ranches, enjoys riding colts and green horses.

Raegan has 2 + years experience working on ranches, has graduated farrier school.



We are both still green in some aspects, but very willing to learn and grow.

Open to short term or long term opportunities. Also very interested in progressive and regenerative minded operations.
