Sedona is an exceptionally talented mare that has reining, ranch riding, roping and trail experience. She is 5 years old and stands 14.3 hands with a very stout build. Conformationally correct with straight legs, good angles, a thick hip and a chest that is a mile wide. She is thick boned with big feet. She is by Star Spangled Whiz (LTE of $176,704) out of an earning and producing daughter of Smart Chic Olena. This pretty mare has the build, the mind and the pedigree that is power packed and makes her an asset to any barn as well as a stellar broodmare down the road. Sedona is fun and easy to ride both in the arena and outside. She is soft and supple through her body and responds softly to aids. Extremely smooth trot and lope. She is fast and correct in her spins, is an easy lead changer and a big stopper! She is slow when you want it, fast when you need it. She has been shown lightly in the ranch riding and would be a great entry level show horse for someone wanting to step up and get into the show pen.
