Help wanted:



Looking for a positive and willing employee. Will need to be able to work alone and work well with others. Previous experience is a plus.



We are a family run business located in Silver Lake, OR. We are primarily a cow calf operation and put up hay in the summer. Haying will be the main focus in the summer months. This is not a strictly cowboy/riding job.

Must be willing to do all aspects of ranch work.



Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:



Dealing with cattle (calving, doctoring, feeding, vaccinating, sorting moving, branding etc).



Building and repairing fence as needed we have various styles (wood, steel, barbed wire).



Running hay equipment (tractors, round and square balers, rakes, swather etc). Knowledge of flood and pivot style irrigation is helpful.



Checking pivots/ being able to diagnose problem with systems if issues arise and flood irrigation.



Some mechanical and welding knowledge would be a plus.



Salary is negotiable depending on experience, we offer competitive wages.



Beef, Housing, and utilities provided.
