As per the owner, the water wells were good producers when they were in use, but they have not been used for a few years. This ranch is easily accessible, being located just off of State Highway 380 and only a little over a mile from Carrizozo, New Mexico.

This ranch would make a great place to raise horses or any other livestock because of the abundance of beneficial grasses and mild climate while enjoying the scenery and recreation opportunities.

Carrizozo, New Mexico is the county seat of Lincoln County and a historic railroad town founded in 1899. There are convenience stores, motels, and restaurants in Carrizozo and Ruidoso has nearly any shopping item available.

From the four way stop in Carrizozo, take Highway 380 northwest for 1 1/4 miles. The entrance is on your right.
