10-year-old registered, gorgeous buckskin gelding. We have loved Tanker for a few years now. We purchased him for my daughters who were beginners, and he has taught them to ride better than we could have ever hoped for. He has a very smooth gate and takes care of his riders young and old. This is a super trained horse. Has many different buttons. Probably best used for the beginner rider learning in the arena or dressage. Opens gates with ease, trail rides like a dream. Loads and ties no problem. I have ridden English my whole life and he knows it all and is a dream to ride. Tanker stands roughly 15.2 hands and is beautiful to look at. He is personable and enjoys being around his owners. If ridden fast, and extremely hard for hours he can get tender on his right front shoulder (I think his previous owner roped on him). But generally, is always ready to go and is 100% sound. Vet checks welcome. If you’re looking for a solid horse to teach you how to ride this is him. $8,500
