Due to no fault of his own we are offering our ranch bred and raised AQHA Stallion Rugged Lil Outlaw AKA Raffe for sale. We have decided to go a different direction and keep the daughters we are currently riding out of our senior sire to fuel the next generation of our breeding program this unfortunately means “Raffe” needs to find his own set of broodmares to service.

Raffe is a gorgeous bay roan stallion sired by Hancocks Blue Zeke and an own daughter of Look Whos Larkin and A Win With Me. His pedigree boast some big names in the reined cow horse, cutting, ranch horse, rodeo and roping scenes. Raffe has a classy head, big hip and a lot of bone. He is bred to add size, bone, intelligence and athleticism to any breeding program. He is 100% sound and he is 5 panel negative/negative.

Raffe has been used consistently as a ranch horse gathering cattle in big rough country. You can sort on him, open and close gates, pretty much anything you need to do to get a job done he can and will do. He has been taken to the high country so he will highline and hobble as well. Raffe is an extremely smooth mover, comfortable to ride all day and he’s tough. He will meet you at the gate every time ready to go to work.

Our main focus with Raffe did not involve using him exclusively as a breeding sire in our program; for this reason he has only sired 1 filly. She is built right, athletic, bay roan in color and shares his kind disposition. If she is an indicator of what he will consistently produce, he will be a great asset to any breeding program.
