Description:
Dutch is a 5 year old Crossbred. He is a quarter horse/friesian cross. Dutch is a nice looking gelding that is put together right. He is 14.2 hands. This gelding has the smoothest trot and canter. He rides like a Cadillac. Dutch neck reins both ways and has one heck of a stop. He wants to please and rides that way all day long. He has a nice turn around and travels with a low head. He is very responsive and learns quickly. Dutch is one of the toughest horses we have owned. He can go all day in the roughest terrain. He can handle rough country and goes anywhere. You can cross water, downfall or anything else. He doesn’t easily spook and has seen more country than most people. Dutch is gentle and safe no matter where you take him. He has done a lot of ranch work including gathering horses and cattle in the mountains. He has been roped off of in the pasture and in the arena. He tracks a cow, will drag a calf and knows his job. You can easily catch Dutch and he is easy to saddle, bridle and haul. He has excellent feet. This cool little horse is big hearted and has no quit in him. He is friendly, won’t kick a dog and has a good attitude. He would make someone an excellent trail horse, endurance horse or all around ranch horse.
