Description:
“Tipsy” is an outstanding 2021 AQHA stud colt that is going to make a big time rope horse or ranch stud prospect. This classy colt is loaded with looks and shape, is very quiet minded with a balanced and correct build, has straight legs and big hard feet. He should mature around 15.2 hands and 1200lbs. We have thoroughly prepared Tipsy for his riding career by exposing him to everything from being saddled and tied, leading through the trail obstacles, hobbling, ropes and so much more. He works nice on the lead rope and walks off quietly to follow a feel, yields his hind quarters and moves his shoulders off of light pressure. You can walk right up to Tipsy on pasture where he lives with the rest of our herd, catch him where you find him and lead him back to the barn where he will saddle up and stand quietly like the old broke horses. He has soft flexion on the lead rope and we have let him wear a snaffle bit to get used to the feel. This colt is ready to start riding, all of the hard work is done! I can not emphasize enough how much we like this colt and absolutely feel we have checked all the boxes to best prepare him for his first rides and future riding career. Excellent ground manners, easy to catch, yields his feet nicely, has been trimmed and dewormed and is just an all-around gentleman especially for his age.
