Off Family Ranch | Del Norte, CO





Position Description:



We are a small cow-calf and hay operation in Del Norte, CO looking for a talented individual or couple to integrate into our operation. We desire someone with skills that fit the changing seasons of the ranch such as irrigation, haying, fencing, care for equipment, feeding and working cattle on the ranch, and tending cattle on the range. We are in need of one individual but if a couple applies, we may have some hourly wage work for an additional person. We abide by a philosophy of holistic, low-stress relations with our animals, the landscape, and humans in our community.





Salary and Compensation:



o $30,000-$36,000 a year, depending on experience



o Private, on ranch housing



o Pasture for 2-3 horses



o Tools, equipment, and ATV provided for ranch work



o Share in family reserve of butchered beef



o Flexibility in scheduling vacations and personal time
