Sombrero is a 9 year Old Buckskin Quarter Horse Gelding. He stands 15.1 hands tall and has a nice stocky built to him. If you been in the market for an All Around Safe Good Broke Gelding then Sombrero is the one for you !! Finished Ranch Horse and Arena Horse and a Safe Family Horse Deluxe !! Anyone that can sit on a horse and hold the reins can ride him. He’s that gentle!! We have had total beginners and timid riders ride him and get along great with him. Sombrero has a very nice smooth trot and a nice collected smooth rocking chair lope. He rides Western and English . My favorite thing about him is how quiet and gentle he is and how you can let him sit long periods of time without being ridden and he will stay good broke and gentle. You will love him one hand neck rein, good stop and back up and nice easy lope. Lopes nice circles and hits his correct leads each way. If you want a horse to pull out of the pasture saddle up and go enjoy a nice relaxing ride then here he is. You will love how friendly Sombrero is. He loves attention and is the kind of horse that is easy to bond with. He is very good at working with cattle and has all the experience of working on a large cattle operation. Making him a very seasoned been there done that kind of horse. Traffic safe and good around bikes, four wheelers and farm equipment. Ride him out alone or with other horses.
