Description:
South Ponderosa Stables is looking to fill multiple positions.



We are looking for the following positions:



Boarding staff: We have a boarding facility that is looking to hire at least one or two more full time employees. Employees will be responsible for feeding, cleaning, turning out and bringing in, cleaning stall waters, cleaning/dragging the arena, and cleaning the arena waters.



Full time wrangler(s): We are looking for year-round wranglers to join our team. We are in the dessert so summer days can be short but there is always work to be done around the ranch. Wranglers are responsible for saddling and unsaddling horses, leading trail rides, ensuring the safety of our guests and helping new volunteers navigate their way around.



Cook: We are looking to hire a cook to work six days a week to cook breakfast for our crew and prepare lunch. This would only require a couple of hours a day. Lunch doesn’t have to be anything fancy we just need to feed a crew that could only be two one day and could be 15 the next. Flexibility is key.



We work with the city of Phoenix so you MUST be able to pass a background and pre-employment drug screen.
