Description:
Royally bred gelding that’s gentle. He’s done mostly arena work but has been getting out to cover some big country this year. He’s more whoa than go but does have a big motor when asked. Rope off him, sort in the pens or finish for reined cowhorse. He’s a looker with a good mind. Measures right at 14.1 and is thick. He has good bone with all black feet. Heels are under slung as most HBC horses tend to be but currently working on fixing. He’ll make a jam up breakaway horse and if he doesn’t sell that’s what I’ll be doing with him. AQHA has his papers because previous owner died and family couldn’t find his papers, only copies. We have sent in for replacement papers and just waiting on them. I’m placing both my horses up for sale and whichever sells first I’ll keep the other. Gary is the perfect age to start making a living and has tons of potential. He’s made to be a breakaway horse in my opinion. He hunts the stop no matter what kind of ground or who’s riding. Good in the box. I’ll update when I get his papers in. He’s sat for a full year after being started as a late 2yo so he is not used up. He does have a bump on his left knee that doesn’t affect him. Pre-purchase exam welcome at buyers expense.
