Description:
Looking for an all around ranch/farm hand. Must be self motivated and able to work on and have great communication skills. This is not a horse position. We use utv’s and low stress methods to move handle cattle. We are a family owned and operated farm it is my husband and I. He handles the farming and I run the cattle operation. So this position will be under my supervision

Must be able to:

Work 40 hrs a week. May be more or less. In certain seasons we work long hours.

Fix/repair fences and able to help build new.

Check and maintain water tanks

Work, check, treat, and able to spot sick cattle.

Maintain equipment, (oil changes, check tires, and fluids)

Run tractors to feed and on occasion help with planting cover crops and help with fall harvest when needed.



Pay will be dependent on experience. Farm provided utv and housing provided.

Located in Kimball, SD
