Description:
This is a private ranch in north central Wyoming. The ranch is, leased for cattle grazing in the summer months. There is a river running through the ranch. There are extensive improvements including owners’ home, ranch managers house, guest cabins, shop, equipment buildings, roads, bridges and fences. The ranch managers primary responsibilities would be repair and maintenance of all the improvements, grounds maintenance, land scaping, road maintenance, plowing. This position is for one person, but there would be potential part time work for a spouse, cooking and shopping for the owners occasionally. The owners are looking for a ranch manager that will live on the ranch year-round. This is not a cattle and horse job.



Required Experience:

Carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical.

Equipment operation and maintenance.

Grounds maintenance, landscaping.

General computer skills.
